We are always looking for dynamic and passionate people and have
recently added new career opportunities to our software Implementation
team. Our Implementation team provides consulting and expertise in
software implementation and overall product knowledge, while delivering
quality and value through services to our clients.
Skill level, years of experience, and travel requirements vary with each
opening. This is not a remote position. All individuals will be required
to work from our headquarters in Okemos, Michigan.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical expertise including analysis, product and services
implementation, training and support of clients;
- Identify and evaluate technical and business needs, provide technical
alternatives, recommend solutions, and participate in implementation;
- Work with clients, vendors, and internal groups to ensure adherence to
pre-defined specifications, smooth deployment of Sircon applications and
completion of project deliverables;
- Build and strengthen relationships with Sircon clients by supporting
their initiatives, requests and facilitating IT related
problem/resolution;
- Demonstrate personal initiative and leadership, ability to coach and
mentor staff and ability to manage and execute multiple efforts
effectively; and
- Assist in managing technical projects for client implementations.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), organization
skills, problem solving/analytical skills; and
- Detail oriented, quick-learner and deadline driven.
Educational Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in computer related field.
Experience Recommended:
- Solid understanding and 2 years of real world experience using:
Relational Database Management Systems (Oracle, Access), XML, SQL
language skills.
